I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Please allow 3–7 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out.
HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
- Average shipping time: 2–5 business days (after processing)
There are circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages arrive on time, carriers may experience delays. For this reason, we do not guarantee an exact delivery date — once your order is handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is their responsibility.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes! You can cancel your order with no penalty, as long as you cancel within 24 hours of placing it. If the item has already shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
To cancel, simply send us an email with the subject line “CANCEL” along with your order number.
I ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, reply to your order confirmation email with the correct information and notify us immediately. If caught within 24 hours of placing the order, we can correct it before it ships.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We ship every item with extra padding to protect it in transit. Despite this, roughly 1 in 1,000 packages arrives damaged due to mishandling by the mail carrier.
If this happens to you, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged product
Once we receive this information, we’ll be happy to send a free replacement.
